Оrganizes the daily office work and consists of several modules for documents management, contacts organizing, e-mails, tasks, appointments and meetings, scheduler, company’s external communication, project management, system administration.
Time-recording system records and calculates the presence and working time, overtime, sickness and holidays of the employees and generates various management reports.
The application supports watch system tracking for changes in watched objects (folders, emails, documents, contacts, tasks, projects, users) and provides immediate notification for changed object and history of changes.
Integrated instant messaging service and reminders functionality for appointments, meetings, tasks and user defined is accessible from any module.
The system supports encryption of different object types, export of data to html and integration with OpenOffice.
