This is a web-based ticketing system for Siemens Enterprise Communications with integrated support for Service Level Agreement management, tasks priorities, deadline notifications, flexible sites and customers configuration.
Contains two different interfaces, one dedicated to technicians and the other to customers. Support for work time management – vacations, illness, lunch breaks, public holidays, on-duty cycles. Automatic work time sheet generation. Integrated project, sub-project and project activities management. Multiple specialized reports can be generated.
